It has been 7 months since the incident happened last year, 2025.
I have booked my bike (Pulsar with Up14 registration) to be picked from my hometown in Uttar Pradesh, to be delivered at Bangalore.
I booked it online with ShiftEazy and they transferred it to a local vendor.
The local vendor made a pick up from my place the next day, and taken the bike to a 70KM away city in the name of node to node transport.
They kept my bike in their storage for next 30 odd days. Only after my constant communication, they managed to load on a safexpress truck.
They brought it to Bangalore in next 10 days and surprisingly, started demanding more money in the name of gate pass.
Upon investigation, I have realized that they have fraudulently added packing charges, handling charges, insurance and other fees inflating the bill by 150%.
Only upon paying the extortion money, they released the bike and booked a delivery to my place in Bangalore.
The ordeal didn't end there, they delivered the damaged bike at doorstep and started misbehaving, infact one of their representatives Aquib started giving me threats over the telephone. I had to inform the local police, they arrived after 90 odd minutes, and thereafter the situation has gone even bad at police station.
I want the damages of 22,000 INR from the company apart from the litigation charges and harrassment faced by me.

Yes I tried, but they didn't lodge my formal complaint. Pushed me to write a basic application instead. no use

Even though I have dialled 112 and called the patrolling police to my premise, but they have redirected me to nearest police station, where I had to wait and move from counter to counter in order to get my complaint registered
