OnePlus India - this is not just poor service. This is negligence, misrepresentation, and potential data-privacy violation.
After months of follow-up, here are the facts of my unresolved case:
Your technician never examined or opened my OnePlus TV 65 U1S, yet declared the panel faulty.
I was charged a service fee for a visit where no technical evaluation was done.
The technician verbally confirmed that the problem appears to be a manufacturing defect.
As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, manufacturers remain responsible for latent defects even after warranty but OnePlus keeps denying support.
After raising complaints, my phone number suddenly started receiving fraud calls linked to service activity. This indicates a serious data-privacy lapse.
Despite all this, OnePlus repeatedly tries to close the case without resolution.
This pattern shows:
- No proper inspection
- No technical assessment
- No accountability for manufacturing defects
- No investigation into possible data misuse
Customers deserve better, and companies must be accountable - especially when it involves product safety and personal data protection.
I am sharing this publicly so no one else faces the same experience.
