Terms of Service

To build trust while protecting your platform, the Terms of Service (ToS) for Swifly should be written in clear, professional language. Since you are handling consumer disputes and evidence, the focus must be on the accuracy of information, data handling, and the limitation of liability.

Below is a structured template tailored for your platform.

Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Swifly portal (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Swifly provides an infrastructure for consumers to document and structure their disputes with third-party brands.

2. Nature of Service

Swifly is a facilitation and documentation platform.

We provide tools to structure evidence and generate fact-sheets.

We are not a law firm. Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship.

We do not guarantee a specific outcome or financial recovery from any brand.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

To maintain the integrity of the Platform, you agree to:

Provide Truthful Information: All receipts, logs, and descriptions must be authentic. Falsifying evidence is grounds for immediate account termination.

Maintain Professionalism: We strictly prohibit the use of profanity, threats, or harassment toward brand employees or Swifly staff.

Lawful Use: You will not use the platform to "dox" individuals or share private information not relevant to the dispute.

4. Evidence & Data Privacy

PII Masking: Swifly employs protocols to mask Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before reports are shared or made public on the Hub.

Ownership: You retain ownership of your evidence, but you grant Swifly a license to use the anonymized data to facilitate your dispute and improve our resolution protocols.

5. Independent Advocate Network

Swifly may provide access to a network of independent legal advocates. These professionals are third-party entities. Swifly is not responsible for the specific advice or actions taken by these independent advocates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swifly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, the failure of a brand to respond, or the loss of any data.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms, submits fraudulent claims, or attempts to circumvent our security protocols.
