SR111125-6699709This post is to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration with the pathetic level of customer service I have experienced from Pluxee.
I had a Pluxee card with a balance of over ₹5,000. After the card expired, I was informed that a replacement card was issued. However, till date:
❌ The replacement card is not visible in the app
❌ I have not received any physical card
❌ My money remains blocked and unusable
❌ Customer care has shown complete lack of ownership
Despite repeated follow-ups, the only response I get is creation of new service requests with no resolution whatsoever. This is not support — this is sheer negligence.
Unresolved Service Request Numbers:
Weeks have passed, and Pluxee has failed to provide even a basic update. For a company handling customer funds, this level of irresponsibility is unacceptable and alarming.
If this issue continues to be ignored, I will be left with no choice but to pursue further escalation, including:
Formal complaint with consumer grievance forums
Escalation to regulatory and banking authorities
Sharing this experience across multiple social and consumer platforms
I am tagging @Pluxee India and senior leadership here, expecting:
➡ Immediate clarity on the card status
➡ Access to my own money without further delay
➡ Accountability instead of automated case creation
Customers deserve respect, transparency, and timely resolution — not silence and excuses.
