I contacted InfeXn Laboratories Pvt Ltd for medical tests strictly as prescribed by my doctor and shared a snapshot of the prescription. The laboratory confirmed that the prescribed tests would be conducted and proceeded with sample collection.

However, the report provided by the laboratory contained test results that were entirely different from those prescribed and confirmed. Upon raising this issue, the laboratory stated that these were the tests they had “interpreted” from the prescription, which was neither communicated nor consented to.

A follow-up call was scheduled with the laboratory to address the concern. During this call, the concerned representative acknowledged that incorrect tests were conducted and explicitly committed to issuing a refund.

Subsequently, while following up on the promised refund, I was subjected to verbal abuse and intimidation by the same representative, who falsely accused me of harassment and threatened to approach the police—despite my communication being limited strictly to refund follow-ups for services admittedly performed incorrectly.

Approximately ten minutes after this call, I received a call from an unknown number, wherein the caller claimed to be from the Crime Branch and attempted to intimidate me by alleging that a harassment complaint had been filed. The caller pressured me to “settle the matter personally” and stated that no refund would be processed. This call appeared highly suspicious and unverified.

Further, when we contacted the laboratory from an alternate number to inquire about the same prescribed tests, the laboratory stated that they do not perform those tests at all, which directly contradicts their earlier confirmation.

Based on the above, this matter appears to involve:

• Misrepresentation of services

• Deficiency in service

• Unethical and unprofessional conduct

• Intimidation and possible impersonation

• Failure to honor a committed refund
