New year starts with new scam from Swiggy .

Customer care tells to cancel order promising refund.

Order canceled

Customer care says ok ..you cancelled the order but no refund will be given

I said why?

Customer care said you told to cancel order.

But I said You told that money will be refunded..

Customer care said we never promised refund

I said give me call recording

she said we can't give that....

I asked her name and told that I have recorded the call and will raise complaint on consumer forum.

Call transferred to manager who says maafi chahate hain ..we cancelled your order with wrong information...

I said refund de do...

Mafi chahate hain...wo nahi Kar sakte..

I said order replace Karwo...

Mafi chhate hain wo nai karsakte..

Swiggy experience is becoming more like Sarkari Office..
