Respected Customer Support Team / Senior Management,

I am writing this Post to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the Voltas Beko Washing Machine I purchased from Mayur Engineering on December 20, 2024.

Since the very first month of purchase, the machine has been faulty. Despite my repeated requests for a replacement, I was pressured by your technicians and their seniors to allow "one last repair," with the assurance that the issue would not recur. However, the machine started breaking down every single month.

Key Issues:

Failed Repairs: Parts were changed multiple times, but the machine remained defective.

Delayed Replacement: After a year of struggle, a replacement was finally provided in November 2025. I initially refused delivery due to lost faith in the product, but your Senior Management personally assured me that if any further issues arose, I would get an immediate solution/replacement.

Recurrance of Defect: Within just 15 days of the replacement, the same technical fault has reappeared.

Unethical Behavior by Technician: I raised a fresh request, but the technician cancelled it by falsely claiming that I was not picking up his calls. This is a blatant lie and a sign of poor work ethics.

I have been mentally harassed and have faced significant financial loss and inconvenience due to your defective products and poor service.

My Demand:

I no longer want any more "repairs" or "part changes." I demand a Full Refund or a Brand New Higher-Model Replacement immediately. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to file a formal complaint in the Consumer Court (NCDRC) and highlight this experience on all social media platforms.
