I am writing to formally complain about the worst broadband / fiber internet service I have ever experienced.
I used your connection for only 10 days, and even in this short time the service has been pathetic. From the day of installation, the Wi-Fi signal was available only in the lobby and did not reach the first and second rooms at all, making it practically useless for my home. Your sales representative had clearly assured me that the signal would be strong throughout the house and that this was the "best service", which was completely false and misleading.
After installation, I raised multiple complaints about the poor signal and non-functional service, but nothing was resolved. I also contacted your sales person in my area several times by call and message, but he did not respond or attempt to fix the issue. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care.
I then contacted your customer support team by phone and chat. Instead of providing a solution or compensation, they simply told me to return the router and clearly stated that no refund would be provided. I have paid ₹2,832 for this connection, and I have received almost no usable service in return.
I have already told your team that:
I am ready to pay for the 10 days during which the service was (partially) used, and
I want a refund of the remaining amount and will then return the router.
However, nobody is willing to listen or offer a fair resolution. It appears that you are only interested in taking back the router without giving any refund, despite the clear deficiency in service and failure to provide what was promised at the time of sale. Under Indian consumer protection law, this amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
